Presented live from the NY Film Lounge on Main Street in Park City, the fourth installment of the 411 Publishing/PGA Production Incentives Webinar Series in association with Entertainment Partners will be held during the Sundance Film Festival.   The panel, consisting of film commissioners and film producers, will discuss how film incentives should be utilized to help a production stay within budget, as well as how to maximize location infrastructure benefits to obtain an award-worthy production.
