    Special body casting and prosthetic molds brought this sun-baked "The Walking Dead" zombie to life.

    AMC's latest television series, "The Walking Dead," features a smart script, strong actors, stunning production value, and hundreds of zombies. Gory, gnarly zombies covered in rotting flesh, gaping wounds, and missing body parts. These creations are the handiwork of Gregory Nicotero and his special effects makeup house, K.N.B. Effects Group.

    LA 411 and NY 411 add International and National Listings

    Visitors to the LA 411 and NY 411 websites will discover two new tabs that have been added to the production directory: National and International listings. 


    411's National section will initially include over 1,300 qualified listings in over 100 categories from the top ten production states outside of the LA and NY areas.  Each National listing has been vetted by 411's editorial staff to meet our standards of ensuring only those individuals/companies that have qualifying credits with theatrically released films or programs/commercials that have aired on broadcast or cable channels are added to our directory.  Current states involved in the National listings include - New Mexico, Michigan, Illinois, Hawaii, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Massachusetts and more.

    In a partnership with sister company KEMPS, 411 users can also search 50,000 film, television and commercial production companies in 115 countries worldwide.  The information is updated every year to ensure reliability
